The war against the Shadow is the War Eternal. 

 

As the holy venators of the Church of the Canon have brought the Holy Light’s cleanse to Kaethul and Hohkmat, now does it turn to the pall which besets the Principality of Celia’nor as an act of joint union when involving dire circumstances presented by the darkness that plagues Aevos. Agents and scions of the Shadow, uprooted and upturned by Church inquisitions across other lands and raids of the Order of the White Comet and Saint Jude upon Shadowspawn lairs across the north, have now sought unwelcomed paltry shelter in Elven lands. 

 

In tandem with the diraar beholden to Her Royal Majesty Princess Illyria Ibarellen of Celia’nor, so shall it be that the Shadow is expunged from her lands in haste. 

 

Ergo, so it is proclaimed and so it is agreed that for the duration of a sum of years:

 

I. VINDICATIONS: The Pontiff and three chosen Celia’norian Diraar will be allowed to do joint investigation into any suspected citizens or visitor within the realm of the stars.
 

II. DETENTION: Individuals suspected of possessing dark magics or powers, or individuals suspected of colluding with any such dark mage or creature, may be detained by the Pontiff and his chosen Celia’norian guards for investigation. 

 

III. EXECUTION: Should an individual be found as confirmed to possess dark magics or powers, or colludes with any such individual, it shall be the prerogative of The Pontiff and the three selected Celia’norian Diraars to execute them by way of judgment, or by way of defense with the joint effort and authorization of a Parir, Aneh’wy, Mordu’lar or the Princess.
