wowj 9760 Share Posted June 29, 2024 Enhancement A mortar and pestle, for enhancing herbs There are some specific herbs and spices that may be enhanced to have specific magical properties, which are imbued into the food they are used to create. All others are grouped by their flavour profile. These evoke emotions in whoever eats the final creation, but cannot overwhelm them to the point that this is all they feel. It may provide temporary relief to those suffering, or work as a boost to those desiring a certain outcome. While the use of these herbs in cooking can provide enjoyable effects, they will only be able to give those effects while the food is no more than 30 IRL minutes old. However, an experienced Culimancer can prepare small packages of enhanced seasoning that can be added to meals by others. These packages last for one IRL week before they lose their potency.-Reasoning: There doesn't really need to be a timelimit set on Housemagic Enhancement spicemixes, letting the spices survive longer than a week allows for the spice trader RP to actually be done without powergaming, also most housemages ignore this line already.
