The esteemed Manor, Aranykort II, located in the heart of New Valdev, is now available for purchase. The Crown has decided to auction this luxurious estate, and the following rules will govern the process:

1. Only households with a minimum of three active members within the Kingdom are eligible to participate in the auction.

2. Offers may be submitted prior to the auction date by sending a message to the Royal Treasurer.

3. Any buyer failing to comply with the eligibility requirement will be immediately evicted, with no refund of their minas.

4. All other offers must be made on the auction date itself.

The auction will take place on the Aranykort Stage during: 

Vzmey and Hyff, 537 E.S. | First Seed, 1984 A.H.
