2 Years (Help)

The time has come.
I have been on LOTC for 2 years, with the longest logoff record being 2 weeks, never longer. It feels more like 3 years with the amount of time and effort I have put into the server. From being placed into a council position in my first month on the server, never not being in a council of some sort, to leading my own roleplay group, and being on the community team.
 

This server has brought me out of my shell as a person, made me accept a part of myself that I was denying for so long, introduced me to many new and interesting people, helped me make great friends, and even led me to meet my current boyfriend.

However, LOTC does come with its own cons. I have lost friends through silly disagreements, been backstabbed, mocked, and harassed. As much as this server has brought joy to my life, it has also broken me down. Yet, there is that sense of passion for this platform that I cannot seem to abandon. I want to continue having fun with friends and helping the community.
 

I hope I can continue being the friendly little Bird for all of you.

What is your best memorable moment till date?

What provoked you to join LOTC?

The roleplay leading up to the final death of my first character, he wasn't a poltergeist for long, but there was never a dull moment, and the story independently fed itself. The never-ending RP that kept me and other players sacrificing sleep because of how good it was, that is the best memorable moment.

Because of Covid, my family and I needed to move to a small town literally in the middle of nowhere, leaving behind friends and family. The people that live here aren't the best of characters so making friends was a terrible experience, I was lonely and becoming too much of a shut-in, and I thought to try out some Minecraft servers. I then landed on LOTC and was welcomed in by a great guy who made my first time on the server a little easier, been here ever since.

Honestly, I and a good number of players had an idea, that we could never fulfill in a nation itself- so we decided to make a vassal so we could have a space to implement our ideas and do the roleplay we wanted to do.
