Our hamlet’s coffers are left empty by those who possess an idealisation of rural life but with no will to live in it yet possess a desire to exploit our hamlet of its underdeveloped administrative capability for free housing at the expense of those willing to pay their share and contribute to our development. We in the Franklands do not appreciate pansies, and with this declaration the Bailiff’s Office declares a period in which notices of eviction will be issued for most of the region’s homes so that the dwellings and stalls may be prioritised for those most deserving. Those who believe an eviction notice was issued with error may dispute it by sending a letter to the Bailiff. ISSUED AND PROCLAIMED;In Enswerp, Province of AaunOn the 15th of Harren's Folly, 1985 His Royal Highness, Robert Tiberius Alstion Prince of the Heartlander Confederation, Bailiff of Enswerp, Judge of the Heartlands
