GUILDS SHALL PROSPER: ATTEMPT #2

 

Hail to the working dwed of the GRAND KINGDOM.

 

This document shall detail the differentiation between ROYAL and COMMON GRAND GUILDS. 

 

ROYAL GRAND GUILDS:

ROYAL GRAND GUILDS are GRAND GUILDS sponsored directly by the GRAND KING. They are exempt from the initial down-payment for forming the GRAND GUILD and are at the behest of the GRAND KING to ensure their future prosperity. Thus, they are given FREE rein to construct their business WITHIN KAL’KLAIDAN (FOR NOW). Those wishing to establish a GRAND HOLD outside of KAL’KLAIDAN for their business must discuss with the GRAND KING and/or the GRAND STEWARD.

 

COMMON GRAND GUILDS:

COMMON GRAND GUILDS have fewer rights granted to them than ROYAL GRAND GUILDS. They must pay an initial down-payment of ONE HUNDRED MINAE to prove their continued prosperity within KAL’KLAIDAN. They may discuss with the GRAND KING or GRAND STEWARD regarding establishing their business within or outside of KAL’KLAIDAN, but will most likely pay taxes for its upkeep at stewardry discretion. 

 

If ANY GRAND GUILD proves to be a detriment to dwed society as a whole, or too expensive to upkeep, its rights can be revoked and be shut down by the GRAND KING, GRAND STEWARD, and/or the BARIMMAR MAGNATE. 

 

I hope this clears up any confusion. Those wishing to discuss differing opinions on these two variants can send me a bird-mail. This document may be changed or additions may be made for future GRAND GUILDS.
