𝕷𝖔, prayers and peace unto you Heartlanders! — We have seen the ravages of recent barbarities and have offered many orisons for peace, as have all our subjects, Azorite 𝖚𝖓𝖉 Hohengartenen. We have wept, for as kinder were lost in the razing of Courteis Hale, so did it remind us of our grandmutter’s own demise, at the hand of a torch and a beastly mob. So as we have wept here in Rikardsburg for the loss of young life, we offer prayers for the others dead. For shame lest we forget the clash upon the blessed prairies of Lemon Hill and bashings at Fort Alba. As Augustens sit furthest West in the Heartlands, we can all but sleep unsoundly, with solemn thoughts that soon we may have to face our fellow man on the field of battle; some, our fellow peers, of whom we share kinship and amity.

Whilst men choose to clash ferrum and bash shields, we Augustens, choose to condemn the acts of violence and put them to shame. We hold all faith in The Almighty and shall seek to revere the ones sent to the skies before their time.

As such, 𝖚𝖓𝖉 with our authority as a Deacon of His Holy Mother Church, we bid forth all of zealous fervour, we shall walk from Rikardsburg, making venerations at the monumental bronze, and shall march through the Heartlands until we reach her East, and The Holy See. All along the way we shall be making prayers of adulation for the deceased at each of 𝕲𝖔𝖙𝖙’s holy sights. There also, reciting, in reverence, each verse of the Scroll of Virtue.

We make pilgrimage to seven sites of holiness in the confederation, but most notably, shall make visit to the Heartlandic shrines deemed for remembering the dead; for those lost in battle and disaster. All are welcomed and invited but must be humble and without arms or illintent.

A Prayer for the Dead.

O’ Almight GOTT, may You bless the souls of all the faithful departed,

Through Your mercy O’ Lord, may they rest in peace.

All-powerful and merciful GOTT,

We commend to you Your servants lost,

And in Your mercy and love ask you blot out the sins committed in human weakness.

In this world they have died: let them live with You forever, in the eternity of the skies.

Amen.

Simply, 𝕱𝖗𝖎𝖊𝖉𝖗𝖎𝖈𝖍 𝕳𝖆𝖓𝖘 𝖛𝖔𝖓 𝕬𝖚𝖌𝖚𝖘𝖙𝖊𝖓,
