ON PEACE AND DIOS

Issued on the 14th of Sofia’s Beauty of the year of 115 D.R.

 

 

As of writing this, I am nine and three-quarters years old. I have had letters, and visits from each side - wanting me to join the war, or to keep Hyspia out of it. I will reiterate that I am nine, almost ten. My focus is on my people and my studies of DIOS and Canonism.

 

It is with this in mind that Hyspia will stay out of the conflict unless our current pacts are activated.

 

Both sides of the conflict house followers of the Mother church and I wish for our nation to be a safe haven for the followers of DIOS during these dire times.

I would like to extend the offer for any and all Canonists to enjoy peace in our nation, so that they might have respite. The war has only just begun but even I can tell it takes its toll.

 

His Holiness, Deunoro I, has extended kindness to me, speaking with me when troubled even before this all. He is the mouthpiece of DIOS, and my friend. The Sovereign State of Hyspia trusts in His Holiness to speak on this war in a way that is best for everyone that follows the church. I ask that everyone prays for the time to come, and loves their neighbor and their friend - like DIOS loves us.

The once-Hyspian Uncle of the current Viscountess of Banderas, Joseph von Berkhoven, takes a sigh of relief that his homeland has taken a neutral stance on the war. “I wish more nations would take this stance within the Canondom, I will not and never will fight alongside supporters of a KINSLAYER.” He spoke to himself as he looked out the window of his home within Kretzen “Reinmar should not participate in this Aaunic and Veletzian feud…” He added

Having just returned to his study from a journey with Klaus, the Scholar, Varn Brawn, read the missive that was laid on his desk. A smile coming upon his visage as he read the young sovereign’s missive.
