Hello everyone, today I am selling a house situated near the north entrance of Laurelin! I bought this house from Sage Druid Beleran, but I have not used it very much, so I am selling it. It is in the northeast corner of the city, and it is right next to the Laurelin Wall.

-House Info-

This house is the one that was owned by Bell also, for all who knew where it was when she owned it. It has houses near it, but none that are closer than 30 blocks away, so it is quite secluded and a good house for people that prefer peace and quiet.

It is two stories high, and its dimensions are about 8 by 16 inside the house, with extra room outside the house for permissions. It also has a nice balcony that overlooks a portion of the Laurelin wall, the land beyond the wall, a fountain, and a couple houses.

The interior of the house includes a three person bed, 2 double chests as well as 2 single chests, a few bookcases, and a relaxing living room. The living room has two couches, a table for two, and an extravagant green rug that adds color and vibe to the room.

I bought the house for 7500, and that was from a player I know fairly well. Had it been anyone else, I'm sure it would have been sold for more. Knowing this, I plan on making a profit, so I will NOT sell lower then 7500. If you want to raise your offer, I will consider it.
