9th Conseille Municipal Meeting Notes

9th Conseille Municipal Meeting Note. Year 1993

The Conseil Municipal came together for a private closed meeting, present were Bourgmestre Nicolas Wittenbach, Conseiller Valiere and Conseiller Joa.

The meeting was opened with a short discussion on the investigation as well as the prevention of banditry and breakins in Chambery. Unfortunatly the investigation on the breakin into the NGS has come to an dead end. the good news however is that there haven´t been any further reported cases of any breakins in  Chambery in the past years, meaing the measures discussed in the previous Conseille Municipal meeting have worked.

 

The discussion then panned towards security with the prospect of a potential war nearby on the front again it was discussed how the City could better prepare itself again, mostly against dark forces of evil, darkspawn and the like. Several options were discussed and considered to improve the City Safety in those matters, some may be implemented soon like having Aurum at any main entrances of important buildings or testings whenever necessary.

 

The Discussion the panned towards ensuring the good canonist values of the settlement, agreeing that City should host more canonist events like confessions as well as a Mass in the church to educate its citizen on good canonist values.

 

Lastly the Conseille Municipal discussed  a new Ordinance to outline the usage of all public buildings and facilities in the City, This new Ordinance of The Chateau des Civis was fully approuved by all present and will be implemented shortly. The aim of the Ordinance is to ensure that certain public buildings will always be present and available to the Citizen of Chambery, ensuring the good functioning of the city.

 

In closing statement it was discussed that more housing shall be build to accomodate the rapid increase in population but also that a recruitment drive for the gendarmerie should be made, to have more peoples ready to police the streets. Lastly was discussed to start preparations for the next Conseille Municipale Election, mainls get the formalities readied and explain the how the conseille municipale works to the new citizens.
