The Starry Colborn has a simple wish, and you may be able to help fulfil it. This Colborn has few resources to offer, but they can provide fortune-telling or knowledge of the stars in return for assistance. Their wish is simple but difficult to achieve without help from others. They wish to make the keep of Kazan as starry as the night sky itself. If you wish to aid as well you will need to bring your ingredients as I have little means to obtain such.
