TREATY OF SANDSTORMS AND BLIZZARDS

ARTICLE I - SOVEREIGNTY

The Sovereignty of Hyspia and the Dual Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, hereafter referred to as the signatories, do hereby recognize the sovereignty of each state, their claims, and the righteous canonist rule of each head of state.

 

ARTICLE II - DEFENSE

A. The Signatories do pledge to support each other militarily, should a foreign party seek to attack either signatory. An attack on either signatory will be an attack on both.

B. The signatories shall not martially aggress upon each other in any fashion.

C. Any disputes between the signatories must be resolved through peaceful and diplomatic endeavors.

D. This article may later be ratified into a full military alliance upon agreement between the signatories.

 

ARTICLE III - TRADE

The signatories shall allow the free movement of merchants between their states, and shall see to the hosting of joint-market events to promote their respective economies. 

 

ARTICLE IV - EXTRADITION

The signatories pledge to allow extradition requests and to not offer aid to known criminals of each respective realm.

 

ARTICLE V - DURATION

The duration of the treaty will last for twenty (20) years. Should any extenuating circumstances occur before the treaty expires, the signatories are to convene and seek a peaceful resolution.
