Secret Santa

 

While our Krugsmas helpers have been spreading joy, let's make sure they're not the only ones giving out gifts. This Krugsmas, we encourage each and every one of you, from new to old friends, to participate in our community-wide gift exchange.

 

Guidelines:

 

1. No IRL Money is spent on the gifts.
2. No Nitro or other gift cards handed out.
3. Only one persona per player can enter. 
4. All Gifts Must follow the server guidelines.
5. To Clarify, Ingame Items, Art, figura models and Skins are fine to gift.

 

Event Timeline:

 

1st - 15th of December: During these dates, you will be able to sign up. The Form you are presently on will be your way to enter. Please note that we will not accept any sign-ups after this date, as due to the scale of the event, we cannot accommodate latecomers.

 

16th of December: Your Secret Santa buddy shall be announced. We will message you on Discord with your Secret Santa buddy. These pairs are randomly generated, and we will not be permitting the exchange of Secret Santa partners.

 

20th - 24th of December: During the CT Krugmas Island event we shall be allowing you to drop off your items for your pairings at designated chests under the Krugmas Tree! From the 24th onwards til the 27th you will be able to collect your Secret Santa Gifts!

Festival of the Snow Maiden

 

It is a week-long event that takes place from the 20th to the 27th of December. Each day will host a different in-character event for the LOTC community! Throughout the week players can come to Krugsmas Island to participate in a number of different minigames during active event hours. One can earn tokens by winning in these minigames that can be cashed out to earn Community Team prizes! If you are not participating in the artistic events, you can still drop by to have a good time - and to place mina bets for a chance to win the pot! 

 

List of Minigames: Apple Bobbing, Dunking, Hockey and Darts!

 

Within this event, any roleplay conducted will be considered a ‘dream’ to your character and will have no lasting effects on them. Any items obtained during this event shall mysteriously appear in roleplay underneath your Krugmas tree.

20th of December  

Red light Green light

 

The participants will line up on one end of Krugmas Island where they will then roll out of 8 when the light turns green. If they roll a 3 or lower, they have not stopped in time for when the light has turned to red, and then they are OUT! Whoever makes it to the end of the island first wins a prize!

 

21st of December 

Minigame day!

 

22nd of December 

Bard Off Competition

 

A tournament bracket will be made for those who wish to participate in the bard-off competition. Two people at a time will be on the Krugmas stage. A rollout of 20 will be done to determine who spits their rhymes out first. The goal is to defeat the other person with their words. A monk-approved version of combat. No swearing or slurs are allowed. Insults should be crafted with class and thought. Keep it IC, if it turns OOC. the individual will be disqualified and removed from the island.

 

23rd of December

24th of December 

 Winter Poetry Competition

 

There will be three winners of the winter-themed poetry competition and will have to perform them in character on the Krugmas Islands stage. A public vote will determine one winner, Community Team will then vote on two more winners.

 

25th of December 

Minigame day!

 

26th of December 

Winter Jingles Competition / Performance

 

The winter-themed jingle competition will have three winners. The winners will have to perform their jingles in character on the Krugmas Islands stage. Teams are allowed! One winner will be determined by a public vote, and the Community Team will then vote on two more winners.

 

27th of December 

Winter Skinning Competition / Fashion Show

 

 There will be three winners of the winter-themed skinning competition. One winner will be determined by a public vote, where made skins will be shown off during a runway fashion show! Community Team will then vote on two more winners.
