Governance without counsel is a pathway to ruin. The Ivöri people have long embraced a decentralized system of authority, entrusted to the Lords and their Knights who govern the cantons. In the seat of Ivoria, the Ritterherr of Gottenthal wields unquestioned autonomy, second only to the word of the Princeps and the Lord God’s Vicars. Yet, it is the Privy of Ministers—those closest to the heart of Ivoria—who safeguard the principate’s stability. Each minister holds a sacred station, overseeing critical domains from the military to the economy, ensuring the Ivöri Creed remains afoot in every aspect of our lives.

 

Ministers and members of the Ivori bureaucracy are directly appointed, holding their positions until death, resignation, or removal by the Princeps.

Lady Prefect
The Lady Prefect serves as the steward of the privy, overseeing the organization of Ivoria’s ministries and lands to ensure the Principate’s smooth governance. This seat is held by Lady Heylise Vindelion.

 

She is charged with

• Coordinating with Ivoria’s ministries to ensure their logistical operations and needs are effectively managed.
• Acting as the representative for both the Ivöri Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Housing.
• Assuming additional duties during times of conflict, including liaising with and promoting the Principate’s designated regent to uphold stability and order.

 

The Minister of Domestic Affairs and Bureaucracy
The Minister of Domestic Affairs and Bureaucracy is the central authority responsible for upholding and strengthening the internal structures of Ivoria, ensuring they remain orderly and efficient in alignment with the divine order willed by GOD. This role is vital in transforming disorder into harmony, reflecting the Creator's intent. This seat is held by Ser Charles Reye.

 

He is charged with:

• Maintaining an official ledger of government activities and overseeing appointments.
• Managing and organizing the Inquisition, Courts, and the broader legal system.
• Supervising the Ritterherr and ensuring their adherence to laws and administrative duties.

 

The Grand Minister of Contractors
The Minister of Contractors is responsible for delegating and overseeing contracted services within the Ivöri Principate. His role ensures that all operating forces are properly regulated, maintained, and recorded within the official ledger. This seat is held by Ser Sigismund Arazi.

 

He is charged with:

• Overseeing the Ivory Company, Ivoria’s military force.
• Moderating mercenary companies operating within Ivori lands.
• Coordinating with foreign entities seeking contracts with Ivoria.

 

The Minister of Letters
The Minister of Letters is the central authority overseeing all written materials and media within the Ivöri Principate, ensuring that communication reflects the values and vision of the realm. This seat is held by Lord Adrian Sarkozic.

 

He is charged with

• Supervising the creation and dissemination of official proclamations, decrees, and other governmental publications.
• Managing the Principate’s reputation and ensuring public enlightenment is never hindered 
• Reviewing and approving literature and media internal and external to ensure alignment with the principles of the Ivöri Creed and the interests of Ivoria

 

The Minister of Land Affairs
The Minister of Land Affairs is entrusted with the stewardship, organization, and development of all lands within Ivoria’s domain. This office is endowed with the authority to oversee architectural endeavors and deliberate on the most effective infrastructural solutions. This seat is held by Lord Lamention Vindelion.

 

He is charged with

• Establishing and maintaining land partitioning rules for individuals and groups to ensure proper use and growth.
• Preserving a thematic and efficient architectural style throughout Ivoria.
• Leading the development of essential infrastructure to promote the wellbeing and advancement of Ivoria.

 

The Minister of Trade
The Minister of Trade serves as the authority responsible for advancing and refining Ivoria’s trade operations. This seat is vacant.

 

He/She is charged with

• Overseeing imports and exports
• Setting tariffs, managing finances, and regulating prices to maximize revenue
• Holding the final say on all contracts and agreements related to trade.
