THE LORD TREASURER

We, the Crown, wish to express our most heartfelt gratitude to Lord Henrik-Otto who served us and a number of my predecessors faithfully as our Lord Treasurer. With his unfortunate passing we have by necessity begun searching for a replacement who might parallel his skill and loyalty. We entrust the new Lord Treasurer to oversee the ingoings and outgoings of the Kingdom’s treasury as well as with its growth.

As is the prerogative of the Crown alone, we do hereby appoint Lord Duncan Baruch @Pureimp10, Count of Ayr, to the position of Lord Treasurer on account of his trustworthiness and closeness with His Royal Majesty as well as his skill at accruing new funds as displayed by his payment of his father’s debts to the Crown, an act thought impossible in one payment. King Karl IV entrusts Lord Duncan with the Silver Bulava as Lord Treasurer of Hanseti-Ruska to be wielded in his name.

Let this appointment be recorded in the annals of our history, and let all subjects acknowledge and respect the authority of the appointee and their office. We thank the late Lord Treasurer Henrik-Otto Ludovar for their years of leal service and pray that their soul has safely joined the Skies.
