Major exploit - distribution of blacklisted items

 

What circumstances led to this ban?

 

I used an exploit I found to obtain banned items such a dragon heads, shulkers, and totems of undying. I then distributed these items to players across the server. When caught, I refused to help mods track down all the items I had distributed. This is obviously not allowed behavior and if I was just going to do this again there would be no reason to unban me, but I can avoid doing this again by not being dumb and just reporting the exploit without using to spread illegal items.

 

Are there aspects of the ban you agree and/or disagree with?

 

What I did violated the rules and was deserving of a ban, although I don't think what I did deserved a permanent ban. While the illegal items did pose a threat to both the in-game economy and the potential enjoyment of other players, after an over 9 months ban, I do not plan on exploiting on the server again

 

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

 

I am looking for a server to play on and relax/chill on in my free time, there are no other servers like Lotc with a large player base so I'd like to return and play again
