In Honour of the Bond Established Between Our Kin

With the signing and promulgation of this document, the Commonwealth of the Petra & Sovereign State of Hyspia,
henceforth referred to as ‘the signatories’, do agree on their honour to the terms laid forth hereafter.

 

ARTICLE I ✦ SOVEREIGNTY

1. The Commonwealth of Petra and the Sovereign State of Hyspia, or henceforth ‘the signatories’, mutually recognize the other as the sole sovereign state over their respective lands, and all titles affiliated with their respective styling; including aught the signatories may come to possess in the duration of the pact.

 

ARTICLE II ✦ FRATERNITY

• ─────────────────────── •

2. The signatories recognize, and labour to see the fraternity shared between their kindred people, be maintained henceforth; acknowledging the shared values, heart, and virtue of each other's kindred, and welcoming each other’s constituents in their realms, travels, ventures, and trade. Seeing that the kinship first penned between their realms, is nary rekindled alone, but nurtured in forging a bond, unbroken.

 

ARTICLE III ✦ NON-AGGRESSION

3. The signatories shall, pursuant to this document’s signing, summarily agree in the absolute, to considerations of non-aggression. The signatories pledge heretofore, to adhere to principles of peace amongst their realms, thereby pledging not to wage war, nor raise arms against one another or act wherein harm to the integrity of one another’s land, or sovereign nation is perpetuated, under any circumstance or form.
   
   And herein pledge, that, in the event of conflict, or adversity, between their realms, that diplomacy will e’er be their first recourse.

 

ARTICLE IV ✦ FORCES OF MALIGN

4. The signatories shall, with the promulgation of this treaty, avow to coordinate, combined martial & spiritual efforts; in forming a joint aegis against the lapdogs of Iblees, that become the forces of malign. Proffering no quarter unto the  Inferi, the Darkspawn, and the Dark Practicant; as joint martial efforts, are sought between the signatories' retinues, rallied in joint march, and labour, against the malign’s e’er dared offense, and existence.

 

ARTICLE V ✦ MERCANTILISM

5. The signatories shall, pursuant to mutual benefit, commit to free trade, and shall permit merchants from either nation to travel and trade free from tariff or harassment. Additionally, avowing to maintain trade considerations, with treaty goods being peddled freely unto signatory-accommodated (singular) treaty stalls, waiving annual rents, in either signatory’s capital.
   
   The signatories further pledge that, as long as this extant treaty is in effect, access (barring this article's abuse) to the Hyspian Gold & Emerald Mines ( 1 each ), will be granted to the Pétrine Government (5 Max); whilst access (barring this article's abuse) to the Pétrine Copper & Redstone Mines ( 1 each ), will be granted to the Hyspian Government (5 Max).

 

ARTICLE VI ✦ DIPLOMACY

6. The signatories shall, in the absolute, adhere to promote Diplomatic Privileges between their realms. Be it the inviolability of official documentation, or holdings belonging to either signatory; the diplomatic immunity of designated diplomats / emissaries, and assurance of good faith amidst cooperative labours endeavoured by the signatories.
   
   Any violation of these above chartered privileges, by either one of the signatories, will be considered hostile activity.
   With the signatories pledging to aid one another in the case of extradition at given request and shall not lend assistance to known criminals in their hiding or escape from the appropriate powers.

 

ARTICLE VII ✦ DURATION

7. The agreement shall last until such time as the signatories reconvene to negotiate new terms, or until their respective sovereigns see the end of their rule, requiring that the parties reconvene such to confirm the continuation of the treaty.
