TO THE PEOPLE OF THE COMMONWEALTH,

As the house of Reinhold becomes host to its third generation, it is seen as only fitting for the growing household to step beyond its first holdings, and into something new. Upon its establishment under Wilford and Atticus Reinhold in 95 ARP, the house of Reinhold was given a parcel of land within the city of Vallagne by Queen Catherine, with the intention that they would continue to work closely with the city's residents to ensure its success. After more than fifty years of residing within the capital city, necessity and growth have led Taigh Reinhold, with the blessing of Therin I, to establish the new holdings of Manor Caithian upon the Northeast road of Val de Lagne. 
 

 

Taigh Reinhold pledges itself to continue its support of the capital and its people, starting by inviting all the people of Vallagne and the greater Commonwealth to partake in a gala and garden party within the newly completed manor. 
This event will celebrate not just the completion of Manor Caithian, but the eighteenth birthday and coming-of-age of Capric Reinhold, eldest of three siblings. Originally taken in as a ward, Capric was adopted as a full-fledged member of the house at a young age, and has since proven utmost strength and dedication- Being both diligent in his studies, and disciplined in his military training under the Swords of Saint Emma. Taigh Reinhold holds great pride in his accomplishments thus far, as he moves forth into adulthood.

 

 

ITINERARY 

➼ AXE THROWING

As is tradition for children of Taigh Reinhold when they come of age, the celebration shall begin with a contest of either strength, dexterity, or cunning, chosen by the young housemember. Selected by Capric Reinhold, an axe-holding competition will be first held outside the gates of Manor Caithian. Guests will be invited to test their accuracy and speed, points being rewarded based on how precisely the provided hatchets are thrown, rather than strength.

 

➼ BLIND PORTRAITURE 

The party will then move to the garden courtyard, where tea will be served and easels will be provided for the attendees to practice their artistic skills. All will be invited to draw straws for a game, where each guest will be assigned another person at random, and will paint their subject to the best of their ability. Upon the conclusion of the time set, guests will exchange their completed painting with their assigned subject, and receive a portrait of themselves in turn.

➼ WINE TASTING 

The festivities will conclude inside, where guests will be encouraged to mingle in the ballroom, enjoy a selection of fine river wines and music, and explore to their hearts’ content. Wine flights will contain a selection from each of the various wine regions in the Commonwealth, including a small map identifying each region and the wine that originates from it.
