What circumstances led to this ban?

Irresponsibility, Hindsight.

Are there aspects of the ban you agree and/or disagree with?

The video evidence presented in relation to my ban. Upon reviewing the footage, it is evident that I was disoriented and struggling to control my character. Specifically, the video clearly shows that I was attempting to crouch, an action incompatible with typical fly hacks, as hacked clients do not operate in the same manner as the standard creative mode flight.
In the video, you can see my repeated attempts to disable flying by double-pressing the space bar, a common reflex for players trying to fall or regain normal ground movement. However, due to the nature of the hacked client, these attempts were unsuccessful. Normally, one would either need to manually turn off flying through the client settings or use a specific keybind. My actions indicate genuine confusion and an attempt to correct my position, rather than deliberate misuse.
As I mentioned in my initial appeal three months ago, the incident involved only a brief flight spanning a few chunks. This was neither a sustained nor an intentional exploitation of the game's mechanics. I hope this explanation provides clarity on the situation and supports my request for a fair reconsideration of the ban.

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

What motivates me to return to Lord of the Craft is my unwavering commitment to truth and justice. I believe in fairness and integrity, and I am determined to see these principles upheld within the community.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally address the recent decision to deny my appeal regarding my ban from the server. I was promised that after patiently waiting for three months, adhering strictly to the terms laid out such as refraining from creating alternate accounts or attempting any bypasses I would be granted an opportunity for reconsideration. This assurance was clear and unequivocal. I also proactively offered a fair bail and sought to amend my actions, even requesting to enable entity radar shortly after the incident, to ensure transparency moving forward.
Given these circumstances, I find the current denial of my appeal perplexing and unjust. I adhered to all stipulations without incident, and yet, after a prolonged waiting period, my appeal has been dismissed without a clear, substantive explanation. This raises serious questions about the integrity of the process and the rationale behind making me wait three months, only to be denied now rather than at the onset. If the conclusion was foregone, why extend the process needlessly?
I respectfully request to escalate this matter to the server owner. I believe that a direct conversation with the ultimate authority is necessary to resolve this issue fairly and transparently. It is not a matter for a moderator or an administrator who may lack the objectivity required in this case. I am well aware of the incident, the evidence presented, and the analysis conducted. If a brief review is deemed sufficient to uphold this decision, I would strongly urge a reevaluation of the current moderation team and their accountability in such matters.
I await your prompt response and an opportunity to discuss this further with the appropriate person in charge.
