Dear Citizens of Chambery. Thank you all for coming to our first citizens meeting. It was quite nice to talk with you all. And I welcome you again to the next  second Citizens meeting in around 4 saints week. For the next one I will put a vote out on the time we should meet for day of the Citizens Meeting.

Start Notes.

1. Question Session

1.1. There was a question regarding who is the current headmaster and if there where any changes to the roaster of teachers of the Redquill College. The mayor answered that they will get into contact with the college and will clarify the current state.

1.2. There was a question for clarification regarding a training area. If the Guild of Sol can regard it as part of the Guild House grounds. The mayor clarified that the Guild of Sol can count it as part of their property and should maintain it.

2. Mayor Announcements

2.1. The mayor announced that this type of meeting will be regularly organized every four saints weeks. And this information should be spread to all citizens.

2.2. There will be a change to the way the taxes will be collected. The current system with tax boxes at house will be changed to a centralized system. The payment and verification of tax will be done in a soon to be open tax office.

2.3. The mayor plans to organize more regular cultural events around the town of Chambery. May it be organized by town or privately. Guilds are also welcomed to organized their events in the town. 
Additional Private Note: I want to start the regular cultural events around town with a upcoming tour and free wine tasting in my Corvino Wine Manufacture.

2.4. There are papers and plans about rebuilding Chambery. The mayor would like to hear some feedback from the citizens.
