FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS, it has been my great honor to be the DUCHESS OF SUNHOLDT, which was preceded by nine years of being the COUNTESS OF SALIA. My House and I have come far since my move to Balian, and for that I could not be prouder. However, none of this progress would have been possible without my dear late husband, ACHILLIUS AURELIAN D’ARKENT. It was he who led his family as its Patriarch since his childhood, it was he who chose to take me as his consort, and it was he who elevated me to be his primary successor after his passing. While it pains me that he has departed from this world for eleven years, his legacy lives on through his own accomplishments and his exceptionally talented children.

 

THUS, AS NOT ONLY THE Consort and widow of Achillius, but now the Regnant Duchess of Sunholdt and Matriarch of House d’Arkent, I do declare that no longer will my husband be remembered as the Count of Salia. Instead, he shall posthumously be named ACHILLIUS AURELIAN D’ARKENT, THE DUKE OF SUNHOLDT. May he rest in peace, and may his legacy live on for generations to come.
