VA BIRODEO HERZENAV AG EDLERVIK,

Within the year 529 E.S., the late King Ivan VIII published a mandate. This mandate addressed the significant depletion of soldiers in the Brotherhood of Saint Karl, following the heavy casualties in the Midlands. Its primary aim was to bolster recruitment efforts while maintaining cultural and religious unity within the ranks of the Brotherhood. And to achieve this, the age for taking the military oath was lowered to thirteen, and recruits were required to be baptized in the Jorenic Rite and adopt a Haeseni name to emphasize their loyalty to the Crown and faith. Yet times have changed since then and the Brotherhood has foreseen a rise in military recruitment. Thus it is time for a reformation of its mandate regarding recruitment.

This act shall build upon the foundations set by the Mandate of 529 E.S, refining recruitment and training that would better fit the needs of today’s Brotherhood. Thus it shall be structured towards any preparation and to foster cultural growth amongst the youth of the Brotherhood

Not only this, it shall prepare them for their future career paths within the military.
