Twenty-seven years has passed since the ascension of the Murietta household into that of nobility. Recognized previously for their loyalty and dedication, they had been given a choice; nobility or knighthood. Time has passed since, in which conflicts and abdication had taken place, thus beginning the households fall from grace.

It is a sad day, when one must pen a missive such as this one, but upon the recent discussions with the heads of the household, a decision has been reached. The former Baron Murietta’s treason surely began the downward spiral from which those of House Murietta could not pull themselves out of.

With the promulgation of this edict, the Murietta household is hereby stripped of nobility. The title of Barony of Ramonadora is to be absorbed back into the Crown, and no longer may those of the household enjoy the perks, nor labor over the obligations, of the Nobility. Neither shall they shall not bear the title of Gentry Lords, the chance forfeited.

May the future find the Murietta household well, and may the Almighty DIOS light their path.

Don Leomonte would look upon the missive and have a devious smile upon his visage, "Good riddance, that family caused nothing but pain. The offspring of a coward and traitor, all of them." would walk evermore in life with great happiness.
