FIRST DECREE OF THE COUNCIL OF SOL.

With the law of Celia’nor in place as the current law of the land, we of the council of Sol’ See it just to specify property law, so that those who intend on buying property may understand the “Do” and “Don’ts” of the city of Aen’asul. The land the properties stand on is known as SOL’HELIOUS while the city is defined as AEN’ASUL.

1. HOUSES

 

1. Houses may only be bought by citizens of Sol’Helious. They may apply to be a citizen and then own a house in it.
2. Celia’norian citizens and Nobles may not own a HOUSE (in specific) in Sol’Helious if they already have a house type property in other parts of the Starlit land (Vassals or Capital)
3. Houses are defined as places for people to live in, one may not have a farm below. Houses found with farms within their homes will be up charged by twenty mina.
4. Houses in the TOP district begin at 15 mina, Houses in the LOWER District begin at 10 Mina. Houses in the OUTSKIRTS begin at 15 Mina, Barns will start at 40 (+5 for housing space connected to it.). They will be classified within the Ledger of  Helious.

 

2. BARNS

 

1. Barns are classified as so, they are meant for animal raising and harvesting.  People found living within a barn will be upcharge as an outskirt home, refer to Section 1.d for further information on classification.
2. Barns may only have one extension below for further room of operating. (Must match the same build scheme as the rest)
3. One is not restricted on owning a barn and building a small house next to it, so long as it has space to do so. Refer to section 1.d for further pricing and definition 

 

3. EXTENSIONS

 

1. Extensions are an additional part of ones property.
2. Houses may be limited to ONE extension 
3. Houses on the TOP District can extend their house by one 
4. Houses on the LOWER District may extend theirs by two.
5. Extensions my not go left or right, only down.
6. Barns may gain an extension for living space. Please refer to section II for further details.
7. Further additions must garner permission from the head steward or Laurir in charge of Aen’asul.

 

4. EXCEPTIONS

 

1. Exceptions may be may by the Laurir in charge of Aen’asul on a individual basis 
2. Exceptions may include a decrease in the total tax price or a complete exemption.
