[!] Crimson skies stretch over Solgaard’s city

as black clouds gather, pierced only by a

single blazing eclipse, rimmed by the crimson

vestige of the Infernal sun which seemed to

bleed like a single beam.

A terrible omen of what’s to come.

Returning home victorious but burdened by the near-disaster of the Strimozan legion's failed invasion of Norland's capital of Vjardengrad, Dragomir found his village, his Hearth, in Sólgaard's taiga shrouded in an unnatural darkness; a black sun hung in the sky, ominous dark clouds gathered overhead, and only the crimson glow on the horizon illuminated the treeline.

In the darkened forest, countless crows had congregated around a single clearing. Filling the trees with a cacophony of hallowed cries, prompting Dragomir to draw closer. There, he discovered the two victims of the Infernal incursion. The crimson sun beat down on their pale, unconscious forms, sprawled amongst the scattered remains of a wicked ritual; the sulfuric stench of iron was heavy in the air. Suffocating. Damning.

As he treated their injuries, he saw the unholy runes, etched in the earth by azure fire, forming a cursed epitaph that seared his mind.

Men scoured the area, searching for signs of any kind of malevolence that might be the source of this horror. Some went north, navigating along the cliffside, while others delved along the rocky cliffside against the village's shore. Women sharpened blades, children prepared torches, and things went underway for an inevitable preparation.

As he watched over the preparing city it was clear to him that the Infernal threat to his homeland was far from over.
