What is the Heavensward?

The Heavensward is a public shopping hub for anyone and everyone to setup their own free shops to sell their items and likewise peruse other stalls and shops for the items that they want. It is host to a brand new auction house and upcoming public library; run by the elusive Wayfarer's. All shops are rent free to merchants, regardless of where you live!
