BE IT DIRECTED THAT
 

1. The Premiership of the Pontifical States is concluded. The authority thereof shall revert back to His Holiness the Pontiff, and by extension, the Curia, the Seneschal, and the Chancellor.
2. Concerning Primum Directivum, the positions of Premier, Vice-Premier, Holy Marshall, Stewart-General and Surgeon General are dissolved. 
3. All other directives presently in effect shall remain so until expressly repealed by His Holiness the Pontiff, the Curia, the Chancellor, the Senchenal, or any body duly authorized thereby to govern the Pontifical States.
