Issued by the Ivory Crown and Community of Helious

12th of the Snow’s Maiden, 228 S.A.

 

Article I. 

Helious shall be granted housing within the northern lands of Caurost, formerly Celia’nor, on the condition that all ongoing war efforts are forfeit.

 

Article II.

Denizens of Helious are forbidden from holding public office within the Princedom of Caurost, including the now ceded exclave lands of Celia’nor.

 

Article III. 

Helios shall be subject to a yearly tax of 150 minas as financial compensation to efforts undertaken by the Ivory Crown to combat the war efforts.

 

Article IV. 

In order to prove their worth in standing under the authority and will of Caurost, those of Helious shall face trial by combat by the decree of the Law of Myumier.
