By decree of the Grand King, the Grand Kingdom of Urguan formally announces the founding of Da Orvul Nozkron [D.O.N] — a sanctioned task force dedicated to upholding the principles and enforcement of the Lonely Mountain Act across the realms.

The primary mandate of Da Orvul Nozkron is the identification and retrieval of rogue Yrrok Golemancers operating beyond the borders of Urguan. These individuals are to be located and brought before the kingdom to face judgment: to either submit themselves to Urguan’s lawful authority or bear the consequences of continued defiance.

Da Orvul Nozkron is not a guild, nor a separate throne. It is an oath — one any true son or daughter of Urguan may take. Those who bear its Obsidian Seal are granted full right to hunt the Yrrok and their Golems, wherever they may roam.

The Grand King shall command this force directly, though trusted captains, known as DONS, shall be appointed to see order maintained and bloodlust tempered. We hunt not for chaos, but for justice.

To honor their service, each member shall be granted:

• Fifty (50) minas for every verified Yrrok Golemancer delivered alive to Urguan’s halls.
   
• One Hundred (100) minas for each Yrrok Golem brought back intact.

Let this serve as an official call to all loyal citizens: those with the will and resolve to defend the Sacred Art of our kingdom are invited to join Da Orvul Nozkron and stand as enforcers of Yemekar’s will.
