ark, and to those sons of Horen to whom these presents shall come, Greetings. We, Roger, Prince of all the Savoyards and of Ulmsbottom, Archduke of Drusco, right patriarch of the House of Ashford, and most dutiful servant of His Imperial Majesty, have deemed fit to set forth this present charter for the good ordering and due recompense of those loyal subjects whom have made themselves distinct before oure princely purview.

 

By oure especial favor, we do confirm to Ambrosia O’Hara, and to her heirs of blood, full and absolute possession of the lands described herein, with all the liberties and privileges of ownership, to hold and enjoy now and forevermore. By this granting, it is understood and agreed that all rights conveyed shall at all times remain subject to the supreme authority of oure Princely Coronet, which reserves the right to revoke, annul, or forfeit the same should just cause arise; hence the Coronet deigns to levy upon this land a price of princegeld at fifty (50.0) minas per annum for guaranty of its well-keeping. 

By this granting, the jurisprudence of the Lex Sabaudiae hereby recognizes Ambrosia O’Hara as Patrician of the House O’Hara, to be extended the rights of feudal protection, lawful judgment, and all other underwritten privileges of this legal station, and this shall be extended upon any heirs borne legitimate of her blood and her legitimate brethren.
