DECLARATION OF HEIRSHIP

The Passing of the Mantle:

We, the House Carnelle, herby announce a ceremony to take place in our titular Castle. Lord Baron, Felipe, shall grant his blessing to his eldest grandson Lord Vicenzo to take his place as Lord Baron after he passes.  All noble ladies and lords of the Petran Archduchy and Court of Numendil are invited to witness the celebration of this humble noble house.

 

ITINERARY

✶ The Ballroom Dance 

As the guests gather the musicians will perform several pieces fit for the dancing of lord and ladies.  It is recommended that each guest comes in their best of wears to elevate the experience of the gathering. 

 

✶ A Great Feast

When the music dwindles the guests will feast in the Grand Hall. There a three course menu shall be presented made from locally produced goods of the barony. The final course shall be dessert.

✶ Old Baron's Blessing to the New
After the guests feast, Lord Carnelle shall stand up and grant his seat to his Heir. There he will present him several heirlooms. Then the event shall formally end with a raising of glasses of wine.
