DEFIANCE BREEDS CHAOS.

 

In spite of the warnings given to the rogue Salvians that at present occupy the fortress known as “The Rock”, these brigands remain defiant in the face of justice and order. This is not something the Horde may allow, for the mere presence of these squatter-lords spits on the very existence of the Horde Law.

 

As Rex of the Horde, I will not tolerate such disobedience among those who seek to make a home in our lands. The Urukhim are a proud people, and not one to simply give way to the whims of a bandit lord. Because of such, it is my decision to issue a Declaration of War against the rogue Salvian state.

 

All tribal levies are henceforth ordered to mobilize at Lurakhan and the leaders of each levy must report directly to Targoth Madoc’Lur. This is a final opportunity for the Salvians to make peace - They must come before the Throne of Lurakhan and kneel before the Rex. Should they refuse, they will be driven from this land of ours.
