Halfling Bakeoff

Greetings weefolk and bigguns! Im Hazel and I decided because I want to eat more I want everyone to have fun, I decided to make a halfling bakeoff contest. I will be the judge of this fine bakeoff thingy, so bring your supplies and make some good stuff! So come on down to Sneedville, and watch em bake, or bake yourself. Teaming and drugs are allowed and encouraged. 

Here are the rules:
1. No shoes of any variety

2. Must have residence in or previously: Cobblecroak, Sneedville, Urguan & vassals, and halflings. Look at rule 3 if not. 
3. If you wish to join as a biggun not from those places, you must bring a gift of alchohol for the local tavern.
