A Garden Party of Celebration

 

A toilsome journey from one realm to another warrants a moment's respite; a recess so that we may replenish joy lost to the brackish seas. A lone day devoid of all matters trivial, pertaining only to the celebration of the newly soil we now rejoice as our home. To commend such bold beginnings, Their Imperial Highnesses, Maximilian Caius and Lecelina Vestia, invite the citizens beneath the Imperium to a much serene palace garden party on the eve of the tenth of Owyn’s Flame.

 

T I M E T A B L E 

 

GEMS OF BEGINNINGS

Upon arrival, the distinguished guests will be greeted with endowments of pendants and ribbons, mirroring only the colours of the Castle’s prime shrubbery. The aforesaid embellishments shall be worn agreeably upon one’s wrist or pinned upon a jacket or sleeve cuff for all to see. The ornament can behave as a reminder of the new realm, and can act as a sight of endearment towards such an impudent beginning. 

 

A PRIZE OF OPULENCE 

Once guests are full and content with tea and tidbits, there shall be a twenty-five mina raffle for a chance to win finely garbs crafted by the charming Lady Aurelia Ottilie of Enswerp (@dev_clark.) A stall will be set up where one can purchase a slip, the paper will then be offered to the kindly servant working the stand and they shall be entered for a chance to win. There shan’t be a limit to how many slips a guest is allowed to purchase– so procure what you may. Once we near the rite of coin, the stall shall be closed and the winner chosen.

 

THE RITE OF COIN 

With thoughts of the future, guests will be afforded with aureate coins. One obverse depicts Tiberias I, The Emperor of Man, whilst the opposing face presents His Imperial Crown Prince, Hadrian Tiberias. Attendees will be encouraged to join by the imposing fountains, equipped with their coins donned at the centre of their palms. A brisk moment will be provided, respite to ponder of a hope dear to oneself; for no wish before a fountain is too small. Once readied, guests will be allowed to toss their gold to the fountain’s depths so that GOD may bestow them with their luxury.

Most adorable Julia, look down with merciful eyes upon the Empire, the nation of thy husband, and upon us all who greatly hope and trust in thee. Through your prayers to God on High, grant for our nation universal peace and humble piety. Pray for our Emperor, that he may live by virtue all his days, and avoid the beasts of pride, lust and avarice.
