 THE CONTRACT 

 

 

I. Purpose

Let it be known that the Paradisian Guild and the Barony of Silverheart have entered into good faith and mutual cooperation. The Guild shall establish a hall and base of operations within de Sylva lands to coordinate missions, provide employment to any sanctioned military order, and contribute to the security and prosperity of the region.

II. Terms of Cooperation

1. The Paradisian Guild may offer paid contracts to Silverheart members, knights, and levied men, allowing them to take part in sanctioned expeditions, escort duties, and defensive missions within the lands of the Barony of Silverheart.
2. The Guild shall ensure fair compensation for all services rendered, with payment reflecting the nature and danger of each task.
3. The de Sylva barony grants the Guild permission to operate and reside within its territory, so long as its members uphold local law and conduct themselves with honor.
4. Both parties agree to act in good faith, with transparency and shared intent to strengthen order and stability within respective domains.
5. The Silverheart Guild offers discounts of the following on all inhouse offered auctions:
   1. 20% for Carbarum & Emerald Ranked members.
   2. 15% for Aurum Ranked members.
   3. 10% for Daemonsteel Ranked members.
   4. 5% for Ferrum & Copper Ranked members.

III. Duration

This accord shall remain valid until either party sees fit to amend or withdraw from its terms, provided due notice is given.
