Wanting to play an Elven Child

I want to play an elven child, preferably high elf, though I am up to others. My character (still working on a name, if you wish to name him by all means) is going to be blind. I am looking for a noble family, or a family with some kind of magical affinity. I am super new, so I apologize in advance if my roleplay isn't spectacular. Just hoping to have fun, it'll be my first child character
