To the kin, allies, and citizens of Ipanema,

It is with the deepest regret that the Royal House of Alencar, in association with Tobias Duncan Vuiller, offers this funeral invitation for His Serene Highness, Antonio Fernandes de Alencar, Archduke of Ipanema.

His Serene Highness lived a life of quiet dignity and steadfast devotion: to his people, his kin, and the lands he governed with measured grace. His passing leaves an absence deeply felt throughout Ipanema, yet his name and deeds remain etched into the very heart of its legacy.

Those who were tied to His Serene Highness by ties of affection, loyalty, or respect are invited to join together in mourning and remembrance. The service will be concluded by a time of reflection, where words may be said, prayers offered, and fond memories shared for his honor.

Attire: Formal mourning dress - dark, demure in colour, befitting the solemnity of the occasion.

May his serene highness be at peace in the realm beyond, as indeed he brought grace and stability to the realm he once ruled.

May his name be remembered by those who recall him not only as an Archduke, but a man with a heart and honour.

"In the hush that follows the storm, his light yet lingers."

Respectfully written and signed,

Mauricio grabbed the flyer reading it, he rested it on the counter as smoke left his mouth with each word he spoke "The man followed his path and wasn't even there for his family or . . . friends, now they wish to honor  him. Even making his ex Husband plan the funeral. . . " He shook his head dissapointed as he grabbed his coat going dowstairs to play with his amazing and wonderful daughter.

Madeline Vuiller sneezed, then used the massive she had just picked up as a tissue. "Bah.. oh well. Surely that wasn't important." Amidst the arrival of a new coughing fit, she crumbled the paper in a ball and tossed it in the nearby bin.

Constantin snagged the flyer as it tumbled in the wind, straightening it's wrinkled form. "Should've listened.." he muttered to himself. A hand moved up, pinching the lit cigarette occupying his lip. "May GOD have mercy on your soul." he brought the cigarette forward, holding it towards the parchments edge, allowing a flame to engulf it, soon turning to ash in the dirt.

From the StargushStroh, an ancestral would watch the comments from those speaking about him with a less-than-amused expression across his face. "I really do seem to have a lot of haters... almost makes me feel like a celebrity" he'd say with a light chuckle before turning to his eternal rest once more.

Diolinda stared at the funeral announcement. Her brows knitted together with confliction. Should she even go? She hardly knew the man. Vague memories pricked at the back of her head, but nothing substantial. She was supposed to care about this man but the only sadness was in the fact she barely remembered someone so significant. Eventually she decided she would try to be present. After all, the memories might return but she would never see him again.
