To Reach Beyond

 

Dark men chant in lost tombs. They reach beyond the veil into the Wastes and the after lives beyond. Searching for souls lost in the Stream as a fishermen may hook a catch upon their lines.

 

Salvation is offered to those who are denied the succor of the Golden City.

 

Those who found rest in realms beyond are lured by false promises of return from bliss or torment both.

 

Truth Hurts as the Flesh Rots.

 

Yet the soul must endure.
