 THE CONTRACT 

 

I. Purpose

Let it be known that the Paradisian Guild and Idunia have entered into good faith and mutual cooperation. The Guild shall establish a bounty-board and of operations within the Adunian lands to coordinate tasks and missions for ALL appropriately signed up badge-wielding members. 

 

II. Terms of Cooperation

1. The Guild shall ensure fair compensation for all services rendered, with payment reflecting the nature and danger of each task.
2. The nation of Idunia grants the Guild permission to operate and reside within its territory, so long as its members uphold local law and conduct themselves with honor.
3. Both parties agree to act in good faith, with transparency and shared intent to strengthen order and stability within respective domains.
4. The Guild shall ensure to never hand out any tasks that indulge thievery, banditry, or vandalism of any kind. Rather, they shall investigate such crimes and take back anything rightfully stolen from Idunian lands. 
5. Such must be recognized on either end of the contract, that unlike with Lothoria and Petra, a second board is being constructed for all to use, and will not be limited just the following: military, special officials, or knights. The location agreed upon at Maplewood Hallow will function similarly to the HQ and Board located at the Empire Capital. 

III. Duration

This accord shall remain valid until either party sees fit to amend or withdraw from its terms, provided due notice is given.
