There in the estate of the Qalasheen, in northernmost march of the Imperium bordering Norland, a studio is publicly accessible wherein Luqmaan of the Ogaadeen clan curates Qali calligraphy for all those who would like to purchase. He is willing to write individual names, lines of poetry or prose, or will compose secret messages in Qali for negotiated prices.
