The Renewed Workforce of Kal’Baraz

The workforce has always represented the organized union of Khazad labour, directly facilitating resource acquisition for the Grand Kingdom. Formed by miners, smiths and other craftsmen, its membership is an ideal way for the ordinary dwarf to earn a living. Yet the Workforce of recent years was always imperilled by the unrestrained ambition of its Picks, eager to do too much too soon, leading to inefficiencies which doomed the whole project from the get-go.

No more, a new era of competent leadership shall be ushered in under the management of Torsun Oathrend, veteran Yemekar’s Pick of the Working Guilds in Almaris. To this effect, the White Anvil, Magic Chalice and Mining Order shall all be dissolved: collated under the single unit of The Treasured Hoard

To those interested in steady employment and access to the mines, seek out the Workforce Manager, Torsun Oathrend, or the Workforce Officer, Narvi Jewelbeard.

Benefits of membership include access to the mines and the workforce barn, in exchange for a stone-weekly dues of a crate of each resource inside (iron ore, black ore, and coal). Additional benefits are available: meeting the quota of two crates per stone week guarantees a flat 50 mina payment, and all workers will have access to the workforce auxiliary shop to sell any additional ore.

A mage, who somehow seems to often be in trouble with the law nods approvingly, penning a letter to check if the same quota of ores goes for enchanters too...
