IMPERIAL PROCLAMATION

 

THE INSTITUTE CONVENTION

Issued and averred by the office of,

The foundation for a society’s betterment is always found in its younger generations, of commoner and noble blood alike, and their ability to receive quality education and be trained for all fields of work they may seek to partake in. From statecraft to medicine, the arts and manual labor, the Crown finds great need in supporting education all across the Empire for the sake of all future generations.

The Crown-Institute Convention

 

It is thusly that the Crown, through the Chancellery, formalizes a relationship with the Prince Institute of Alba, incentivizing it with subsidies and official recognitions detailed in the Convention herein:

 

✠ Degrees, titles, or awards provided by the Prince Institute shall henceforth carry an official seal of Crown recognition, allowing them to have substantial weight as the government-sanctioned standard of education.

 

✠ Students who have graduated from the Prince Institute with sealed degrees have higher odds of being employed by the Imperial Crown.

 

✠ The Chancellery will afford a venue within the Imperial City of Rittersberg, the location to be determined, to function as a secondary campus at a time where expansion benefits the Institute. The Crown will subsidize the taxation costs, and provide equipment for research at the moment of the facility’s construction.

 

✠ The Rittersberg Campus will function as the foundational basis for a future research University, with hopes of furthering Imperial knowledge and incentivizing tertiary education.

 

✠ A representative of the Prince’s Institution, Niccolò Rosevena, shall serve as the first Dean of the Crownlands, as an officer in the Chancellery and an advisor to the Archchancellor.
