Across the wide breadth of the Empire of Man, invitations are carried forth, calling all kin, allies, and honored friends to gather at the heart of the Qalasheen Estate. There, beneath the shade of olive trees and and among the golden fields, the union of Adel Al‑Rashid and Israa Al‑Assad will be celebrated. Their marriage binds not only two devoted hearts, but also two venerable clans amongst the Qalasheen, whose histories have long intertwined throughout the centuries.

THE EVENT WILL INCLUDE:

SERMON: Within the Masjid, the Sheikh will deliver a sermon to bless the occasion. His words will call both clans toward peace, mercy, and renewed harmony, while offering guidance to the couple as they step into a life shaped by righteousness, compassion.

VOWS & BRIDAL GIFT: Following the sermon, Adel and Israa will be summoned to declare their vows before their families and the Almighty. Once their promises are spoken, the Bridal Gift will be presented, sealing the bond in accordance with tradition. The gathered witnesses will then be invited to affirm the union.

THE FEAST: After the ceremony, guests will proceed to the feasting grounds of the estate. There, generous trays of traditional Qalasheen dishes, fragrant spices, and sweet desserts will be shared among all. Gifts will be exchanged, blessings offered.

[!] A neatly folded envelope waits patiently within the curve of the mailbox, its deep navy paper catching the light with a faint, starlike shimmer. The surface is smooth and cool to the touch, edges crisp, deliberate. A seal of golden wax binds it shut, stamped carefully at the fold, its warmth once molten and now set.

 

When the seal is broken, the envelope sighs open to reveal a sheet of aged parchment, soft and ivory-toned, carrying the faint scent of ink and candle smoke. Elegant handwriting unfurls across the page, each stroke measured and graceful.
