Alessandro wonders what will happen next, calmly preparing a cup of chamomile tea, with sugar.

"Some choices are truly idiotic."

Alexandr looks over the paper with a blank face, sighing, then tosses the crumpled up missive to be eaten by his pet monstrosity.

"Allfather forbid someone wants to have a home."

Old, old Helena sneered as she spoke to her husband. All she could do, these days, was hate. "They kill their only allies in the midst of a war they're losing. How did the Rovares fall so far from grace? They had it good, here . . ! No?"

@cadazio

Thus, a very legitamate application was sent forth.

Name: HELENA DE BELETH

Age: YES

Residential Address: IN BELTETH

Maddock learned the story at last and sighed as he helped grammar check and sign the missive. He prayed to GOD for Aedric, and asked Him to guide Beleth so that they do not fall to same evils and conflicts that have torn humanity apart so many other times. He silently resigned himself to public scorn and hatred from the Greyes and Grisbloods he would always consider his family. Despite the growing pains in his heart, Maddock would bear all the hate in the world if it meant he could bring love and peace back into the world.

"What?" an old friend of the now dead duke frowned, having snagged the missive amongst her... 'friendly and totally not malicious' travels in the badlands. Only later did she actually sit to read it, "Aedric? What? I mean, he's always been incredibly stupid - but surely not this stupid. . ." - "Those Greyes, always getting into trouble, pfah."

She didn't weep, even as a sense of sadness washed over her. Regret, that just like every other death of those she had known, she'd not get the chance to give her farewells, was all the she'd feel for her friend.

"Well- when the orcs fall I hope that Peter fellow is the first to lose his head, hrmph, sounds like he deserves it."

A swiftly penned letter would be sent out, offering her condolences for the family's loss.

The brother of the slain read over the missive with cold eyes. When he laughed there was no mirth, only an underlying rage.

"They promise us a Diarch of our own, assure us that the abeyance is only temporary, luring us along on false promises that we would earn it back - denied us, told us nen were worthy even as Perduran continued to surpass Southspire? And when they grow jealous of our success, they attempt to threaten my brother into herding his people like cattle into their struggling city, and murder him when he refuses? Maybe if Southspire had better leadership, they would net have had to go to such lengths."

"I'm unsure what they were hoping to accomplish by killing the son and brother of their admitted two highest-ranking knights and the man who does the single most work of anyone else in Perduran. They may have their city of Anatis without the backbone that the Greyes have provided for them. I think they misunderstand - it is net the Greyes who have had nen options besides Beleth. It is Peter. And I will do whatever needed to ensure that man burns in the deepest pits of hell."

The so called heir to Grisblood, a grieving and scorned girl of nearly seven, frowned deeply as she caught wind, chatter of the missive. While she didn't fully comprehend what was said, she understood the discussions she heard. Summons of Grisblood to take Aedrics place. That had always been the intention, no? For his heir to take over when her father was ready. Ready... This wasn't ready. Her family were not happy, they were grieving a loss too soon.

So when her uncle @Monty Cobra- the man Augusta would now lean on as a pseudo father- did not react positively to the missive, nor did she.

"We are net going to say yes, are we? Do I say ave and take Pap's seat or do we ignore the man?"

Arifael reads the missive. He looks up at the walls of Perduran. He remembers his mother's words and whispers them quietly.

"If you see those who need help, and yet do not help them - then you are no greater than he who inflicted their wounds."

Ricardo Denodado would show this missive to his caretaker, @scoobi"There's a lot of funny words on this paper.. what do they mean?" would look back at the piece of paper and think for a moment "Does this mean anything for Eepaneema?"

Soren looked at the page, a deep sigh following suit. He took the paper, ripping it apart, moving toward the door.
They mean nothing, they are just words upon parchment. C'mon, don't let them distract you, we have work to do.

Onion reads the missive with a sinking feeling in her chest.

"What on earth is happening, why did this happen? We've only just started settling in and...all my friends are gone...." she sighed leaning back against her arm chair. "Such a shame...."
