All jokes aside, the issue isn’t personal, It’s structural.

If an administrator doesn’t have the time to meaningfully engage with LOTC, yet is still enforcing rules while being disconnected from what’s actually happening on the server, that is part of the problem.
 

What we’re seeing is a repeated cycle of issues being raised, acknowledged briefly (if at all), and then left unresolved despite consistent player feedback. Ban appeals are a clear example of this, there have been repeated requests to properly review them, and yet nothing substantive has been done for an extended period of time.

 

When you volunteer to help run a community of this size, it’s necessary to honestly assess whether you have the time and availability to do so effectively. If not, that responsibility needs to be reevaluated, for the sake of both the staff and the playerbase.
