A-ELI, Inc. Acquisitionary Manuever

On this date, the 17th of Malin's, in the Year of Our Most Eternal and Heavenly Lord, 2067. The associates of the Adria-East Light Industrial (referred to as A-ELI, Inc.) hereby announce the conclusion to efforts to consolidate the ‘Wari Wari Mart’ of Kurai-Kuni Shogunate into the A-ELI, Inc after 100% voting in favor of acquisition by shareholders; seventy-five shares have been issued to its possessor, Tarokawa, and shall be issued effective immediately, according to the CEO-CFO and President of the Board, Doctor Elizar sílna Pinemaw. 

 

Provisional Shareholder compositions will now be released. 

 

Any wishing to obtain shares or expand their percentage shall contact the A-ELI, Inc. office by letter at 10 Minae a Share. Discounts of 50% shall be levied to members of the Adrian Civil Government or to members of the Imperial Business Association. 

 

Conclusionary Results of Previous Round of Voting are hereby released to the public.

 

Production of Explosives has begun, with transactions already occurring with the Army of the Duchy of Adria, and the Civil Government of Silasia. More patrons are soon to be acquired. A central office has been acquired within Adria; and renovations will soon begin to bring it up to A-ELI, Inc. internal regulation standards before opening to the public. The factory-floor is now operational and has begun production with currently two alchemists working full-time to produce Blasting Boxes. Agreements with an external supplier to get Alchemical Drakestail at discount-prices is currently in the negotiationary phase. And the A-ELI, Inc. is willing to purchase Drakestail from outside vendors at prices between 2 and 3 Minae per Drakestail. Additionally, an iron contract with the Civil Government of Silasia is due to be completed.

 

A Vice-President has been selected. Tarokawa of Kurai-Kuni has been selected to serve as Vice-President of the A-ELI, Inc. for an indefinite length at the pleasure of the CEO-CFO and President of the Board. Vice-President Tarokawa shall be tasked with managing operations in the territory of the Kurai-Kuni Prefecture of the Imperial State, including providing bookkeeping records in the Prefecture to be reflected in financial statements during dividend payouts. And tasked with any other role determined in regulation.

 

Enough shares have been amassed by stakeholders to warrant the creation of the Board of Directors. According to the Articles of Incorporation, the top three eligible stakeholders will be invited to join the Board; or to send a representative. The top three eligible stakeholders are declared to be:

Franz Arthur, Imperial Business Association

Cesare, Imperial Business Association

Sir Baudemund Euler, Adrian Civil Government

 

They, or a representative delegate by them, may from time to time be consulted for advice about Corporate Operations. If an eligible stakeholder refuses to take their position or appoint a representative, the next highest stakeholder shall be offered, and so on.
