T3: Air barrier may stop arrow-speed projectiles no heavier than a baseball sized rock. Air shield may stop thrown projectiles. T4: Air shield may stop crossbow-speed projectiles and cause them to either be directed off course or negated entirely. Air barrier and dome may stop arrow-speed projectiles. T5: All forms of air barrier may stop crossbow-speed projectiles no heavier than a 1m diameter rock. Reasoning I don't think it makes sense for air shield to be weaker than air barrier at tier two, but then is stronger than air barrier at higher tiers. It also seems tier two and tier three variants of air shield are currently practically the same thing instead of growing in power with the higher tier.
