To His Imperial Majesty, Emperor of Mankind, Marcus the First,

 

Tidings to you, Your Imperial Majesty. I send this letter in hopes you and the Imperial Family are doing well, and that the Imperium of Man flourishes throughout the many moon-cycles.

 

However, this one is perturbed. Ahmanra would like to enter your realm, so he perused the Lex Imperialis (to ensure he would break no laws) and saw something most disturbing. 

 

The Kharajyr are Exterminatus in Imperial Lands! Ahmanra does not know what has sprouted such animosity between our peoples, but he is nonetheless willing to acquiesce and formally request a license to enter your fine lands.

 

Ahmanra has heard rumors of war and bloodshed between our peoples, but has participated in no such fighting. Is this true? Truly dire times, this one thinks. If you would like to discuss further about Ahmanra’s legitimacy and whether he will cause a ruckus, he would be happy to converse. This one merely wishes to sell his wares.
