change redline under caecic from:

 

-Caecic messages/drawings need to be marked by a sign with a corresponding code for the intended message and a MC name, Discord, or forum account to contact. These messages cannot be revealed to some seers and not others.

 

to:

 

-Caecic messages/drawings may be marked upon any surface, though somehow (Ex: at the bottom of a forum post, an MC sign, a note or in a character's bio) a corresponding code for the intended message and a MC name, Discord, or forum account must be present for the Seer to contact. These messages cannot be revealed to some seers and not others.

 

Reason:
generally just a clarification from old accepted lore standings within the community. better to have the lore say what it actually does than be relying on years-old verdicts :)
