[Amendment]- Smoggers Red Oil Clarification

Red Oil doesn't state how much one bottle measures, even though the lore talks about litres. This would just to be to Clarify How much one bottle is measured to. If accepted please put under Red Oil Redlines

it already says in smoggers redlines how much it requires the brewing part doesnt

though i understand where this is coming from I gotta disagree. A lot of lore units are divided not by IRL measurements but instead per item OR whatever that item is based off of, regardless of how large or small they are.

1 Red Oil potion = 1 count unless specified. keeps things flexible and simple despite the vagueness, & more importantly reduces the amount of math people may need to do
